Coroplast Signs

Koroplast is a durable, waterproof, corrugated plastic material for signage that resembles “plastic card” in appearance. The hollow corrugated design makes this sign material extremely light, easy to handle and easy to use.

Due to its lightweight characteristics, Koroplast has become a popular alternative to rigid signs made of acrylic and PVC plastic. Signs made of corrugated plastic are also usually preferable to poster boards and foam core mounting plates. The foam core is not waterproof, and the surface is much more sensitive to damage than corrugated plastic.

How long does Coroplast last?

Corrugated plastic plates are not as flexible as vinyl flag and banner material, and not as rigid as solid plastic signs. Although custom-made corrugated plastic plates are usually used outdoors, strong winds can damage the corrugated plate material. Corrugated plastic plates are designed for both indoor and outdoor short-term plates. Coroplast signs used outdoors last for up to 2 years, while coroplast signs used indoors can last for +30 years.
