Styrene is an excellent solution for indoor and outdoor use, making it suitable for outdoor events, restaurants, shopping malls and many other places where a strong and lasting presence in a comfortable format is required. Use additional bushings to achieve better results.
What’s Steeran?

Styrene is a thin, light and semi-rigid plastic substrate. It is strong and durable, but resistant to moisture, dents and tears. Styrene is inexpensive, which makes it ideal for large orders, along with the necessary seasonal and frequent schedule changes. With its elegant printed surfaces, the styrene provides excellent image quality and vibrant colours that will draw attention to your messages.
How is styrene used?
The smooth double-sided styrene printed surface is widely used for various signs in points of sale and exhibition graphics. Other applications often include a variety of internal boards such as instruction and information boards, shop window inserts and even menu board materials. Its flexibility allows the use of styrene as a substrate for curved screens and, in any case, where graphics need to be rolled up, saved or sent.
Can I use styrene in and out of the house?
The styrene is made for internal use only. We do not recommend outdoor use, as a styrene plastic compound can bend and deform when exposed to the sun for a long time. We offer other substrates that are more suitable for outdoor use.
How are the styrene signals installed/ suspended/applied?
The styrene is so versatile that it can be installed in different ways depending on the end use. Styrene is most commonly used for frame insertion as it is stronger and more durable than poster paper. Setting up for this type of use is easy, since all you have to do is frame the signal. Other mounting options include Velcro suspension or in combination with other adhesive applications. Styrene can also have holes made in the material
